The research field is materials physics and chemistry, and the research direction is the design and preparation of artificial microstructure materials, condensed state photoacoustic functional materials, and devices. The characterization and physical properties of oxide thin films, multilayer films, and dielectric superlattices are also studied. He has published over 140 papers in international core journals (SCI) and has been cited more than 3500 times by peers both domestically and internationally.
