国际声学产业技术研究院简介(中英文版)发表时间:2023-07-14 19:23 国际声学产业技术研究院 International Institute of Acoustic Technology (IAT) 关于我们 About Us •研究院简介• Introduction ![]() 国际声学产业技术研究院是常熟市政府与南京大学合作共建的声学新型研发机构,2020年11月由时任苏州市委书记许昆林与南京大学校长吕建共同揭牌成立。 International Institute of Acoustic Technology (IAT) is a novel acoustic research institute jointly established by People’s Government of Changshu, Jiangsu Municipal Government, and Nanjing University. It was launched in November 2020 by Kunlin Xu, the Secretary of the Municipal Committee of Suzhou, and Jian Lv, the President of Nanjing University. 2021年,研究院获批省属科研事业单位,被列入省科技厅 “十四五”重点支持建设项目清单,获评江苏省新型研发机构、苏州市新型研发机构。苏州市科学技术局授予研究院“苏州市双创中心声谷孵化基地”、“苏州市声学产业产学研协同创新基地”,南京大学与研究院始终保持紧密的产研交流和人才合作。 In 2021, the institute was approved as a provincial-level scientific research institution and was enlisted into the Key Construction Supporting Project of “the 14th Five-Year Plan” by the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, which was also awarded as the Provincial New Research Institute of Jiangsu and New Research Institute of Suzhou. We are granted as “Acoustic Valley Incubation Base of Suzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center” and “Industry-University-Research Collaboration and Innovation Center of Suzhou acoustic industry” by the Department of Science and Technology of Suzhou City. The institute keeps close industry and research communication and professional cooperation with Nanjing University. •建设定位• Positioning 作为苏州·中国声谷的创新策源地,国际声学产业技术研究院以突破基础材料、研制核心器件、攻关重大装备系统为使命,持续引进院士级科研团队、声学产业人才团队,建设六大声学技术研究中心,打造声学公共实验平台和声学联合检测中心,着力攻坚—批国家战路所需的声学核心技术,打通从基础研究到生产应用的关键环节,实现声学产业技术全链升级,引导国际国内创新资源集聚苏州·中国声谷。 As the innovation source of the Suzhou· China Acoustic Valley, the primary missions of IAT are to make breakthroughs in fundamental acoustic materials, to develop core technological equipment and to overcome key technical equipment and systems. The IAT has attracted the academic research team and acoustic industry talent team, and also established six acoustic research centers, as well as public acoustic experimental platform and acoustic united test center, which is to enhance the domestically required tactical acoustic technologies. Getting through the key links from fundamental research to industrial chain, and the upgrading of homebred acoustic industrial chain, we have gathered international and domestic innovation resources in Suzhou·China Acoustic Valley. 组织架构 Organization Structure 研究院由事业法人江苏省声学产业技术创新中心和企业法人苏州声学产业技术研究院有限公司(创新中心与南京大学合资成立)两个实体构成。 The institute consists of two entities, the Innovation Center of Acoustic Technology of Jiangsu Province and the corporate, Suzhou Acoustic Technology Institute Co.Ltd ( a joint venture with Nanjing University) 江苏省声学产业技术创新中心 Innovation Center of Acoustic Technology of Jiangsu Province 作为研究院管理总部,主要承担声学产业战略研究、技术研究中心建设、顶尖人才团队引进、重大项目组织实施、创新资源对接与集聚、技术转移等职能。 The center is the headquarters of management of the institute, and is responsible for tactical research of acoustic industry, construction of technical research center, drawing top talents and teams, organising the implementation of important projects, connecting and gathering innovation resources, technology transfer, etc. 苏州声学产业技术研究院有限公司 Suzhou Acoustic Technology Institute Co.Ltd 作为研究院的市场运作主体,重点负责MEMS生产制造、工程加工、声学检测、技术转移孵化、管理咨询和科普培训等服务,并作为衍生孵化企业的投资主体。 As the main market operation body of the institute, it mainly takes charge of production and manufacture of MEMS, industrial processing, acoustic testing, technology transfer and incubation, consulting, science trip, and act as the investment subject of deriving incubation enterprise. ![]() ![]() 研发布局 Operation Pattern 01 电声学技术研究中心 Electroacoustic Technology Research and Development Center 主要面向新型检测原理、智能语音装备、MEMS声学装备、超声检验装备射频通讯等领域开展技术研究。 Electroacoustic Technology Research and Development Center is mainly oriented to new types of detection principles, smart voice equipment, MEMS acoustic equipment, and ultrasonic inspection equipment. The Center carries out technical research in radio frequency communication and other related fields. 02 医疗超声技术研究中心 Medical Ultrasonic Technology Research and Development Center 主要基于超声诊疗、电子听诊等技术在超声影像学、声生物学、声神经学等领域开展技术研究,促进声学在临床医学细分领域的应用和延展。 Medical Ultrasonic Technology Research and Development Center focuses on research in fields including Ultrasound imaging, acoustic biology, and acoustic neurology that are based on ultrasound diagnosis and treatment, electronic auscultation, and other technologies. The branch platform includes acoustic material testing platform, electroacoustic testing platform, sound analysis and evaluation platform, and acoustic vibration testing platform for vehicles and industrial equipment, which forms service chain of acoustic evaluation, inspection and testing, certification, and accreditation. The center supports the manufacturing industry, enhances regional industrial support and carrying capacity, and attracts high-end talents and high-quality enterprises to gather in Suzhou, China Sound Valley. ![]() 声学材料检测平台 Acoustic Material Testing Platform 声学材料检测平台目标成为声学材料测试与验证领域的国家级公共技术服务平台。平台具备开展声学材料BIOT九大参数测试、阻抗与传输损耗测试、高性能阻尼材料、声学超构材料产业化研究和工程试制等业务的相应设施和能力。 The Acoustic Material Testing Platform aimed to become a national technical public service platform in the testing and verification of acoustic materials.
